Information Overload & Intentional Conversations

Less noise, better conversations

We’re now in a moment where everyone can produce content at speed. Newsletters, posts, videos, threads. The supply is endless.

For many of us living in the digital and entrepreneurial world, this raises some challenges:

  • Recognizing what actually deserves our attention and helps us learn, think, decide, or act

  • Being selective about output. Creating what feels meaningful and valuable rather than adding to the noise

  • Budgeting time and attention more deliberately

I continue to love engaging online, including sorting through a lot of content every day. I’m holding steady. But the sheer amount of information to navigate is really standing out to me.

With that context, I want to briefly share what I’ve been thinking about lately: intentional conversations.

Through self-reflection, I’ve been noticing that structured, purposeful conversations are a place where I do well. It’s been true for a long time, but I’m seeing it more clearly now.

Intentional, purposeful conversation. It’s not the same as just hanging out and having fun. But I like it. It’s a valuable way to connect.

I also want to say this: you chose to subscribe to this newsletter, and that’s meaningful to me.

I want this space to be useful to you, and relational. So, write back if you’d like and know that I’m open to conversation.
